At this stage, we have reviewed various options, and the customer has decided to proceed with the sourcing process. A sample order will be placed with the chosen supplier and shipped to your office. You may then evaluate the finished product sample to determine whether to proceed or make adjustments to the design.
Any requested changes resulting from the evaluation of the sample will be carefully considered. Based on the feedback, we will determine whether a new sample is necessary or if the existing sample is suitable to proceed with production.
Upon approval of the sample, we will proceed with placing the order for the production of your customized goods, ensuring all specifications are met to your satisfaction.
